WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR NEXT VISIT

  • Staff and patients are required to wear face masks while in the office. We will gladly provide one if needed.

  • Please refrain from bringing family members or friends into the office, other than guardians or special needs assistance. 

​

  • Online patient registration is required to be completed before your appointment. This will help minimize time spent in the office. The secured patient form can be found on our website at: https://www.elportaloptometry.com/forms

​

Please note: Your appointment will be cancelled if you do not complete the registration form before your visit.

​

  • To improve the safety of you and others by reducing your time in the office and to maintain a safe distance from the doctors, all routine eye exams will require Optos retinal imaging to your eye health evaluation.

​

  • The number of appointments available each day have been reduced to limit the number of people entering the office. 

​

  • Breath shields have been installed throughout the office to better protect patients and staff. 

​

  • Hand sanitizer are placed throughout the office  for your safety.

​

  • All surfaces will be wiped down frequently with Pure & Clean hypochlorous solution (found to be effective in killing COVID-19). Exam rooms and equipment will be disinfected before and after each examination.

​

  • Any frames that have been removed from the displayed will be disinfected in a UV Sterilizer.

​

  • Please call ahead to schedule a time to pick up your eyeglasses and contact lenses.
